Hometown Holidays Parade:  December 5, 2009   5:30pm
 
SOCS will have a float in the parade.  All kids are invited to walk in the parade with the float.
We will line up at 5:15 at 3281 Bacon to prepare to walk with the float.  Some adult volunteers are needed to walk with the children.
Participants are encouraged to wear festive clothes and lights if interested.  You may pass out candy along the parade but can not throw it into the crowds.
No handouts allowed without prior parade committee approval.
No one is allowed to dress as a Santa Claus.  Santa has his own float.
Any creative holiday/soccer themed ideas are welcomed. (Small floats on wagons, soccer uniforms, lights, glow necklaces, banners, signs, ect..)
From our position we will be able to view most of the parade as it goes by.  Dress warm.  We will have to wait sometime before entering the parade.
Parents are responsible for picking up their children at the end of the parade so decide on a meeting place after the parade.
No soccer balls allowed.
